Questions
Do you train on my data?
No. Your documents, agents and conversations are never used to train a model, and every provider auramind routes to operates under zero data retention — so your prompts are not kept on their side either.
Is my data separate from other customers'?
Yes. Every query is scoped to your organisation at the data layer, and a request that cannot prove which tenant it belongs to is rejected rather than broadened. Embeddings are partitioned the same way.
Which model does it use?
Whichever you pick — or leave it on Auto and auramind routes for you, across providers, carrying on with another if one fails mid-run. Both plans get the same routing.
What can an agent connect to?
GitHub, HubSpot, Notion, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Linear and more, plus web search, code execution, image generation and the documents you upload. Connectors are on both plans.
How do I know an agent did what I asked?
Every run records which tools it called, what each one returned and how long it took. You can also write scenarios that classify a behaviour as pass, fail or flaky across repeat runs.
What happens when I hit a daily limit?
Agents pause until the allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. On Team you can switch on overage and add prepaid credits, so work carries on at the overage rate instead of stopping.
What counts as a seat?
One person with their own login. Agents shared across the org do not consume seats, and Team bills a minimum of three — a two-person team still pays for three.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Billing. You keep Team until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the org returns to Free.
